Shipping Container Workforce Housing
Container units fitted out as housing — and the roads, power, water and utilities that make a crew site live.
Built for the job
Housing the crews building a data center.
When a major project needs its workforce housed close to the job, we build the whole site. In West Texas we are housing the crews building a data center: shipping-container units fitted out with kitchens, bathrooms and heat and air — and the roads, electric, plumbing and meters underneath it all.
- Container units with kitchen, bathroom and mini-split heat & air
- Site prep, roads and gravel pads
- Electric, plumbing, HVAC and meters
- A utility pole at every unit and RV space
- Covered RV parking

The site from the air
Roads, pads, poles and parking.
Every unit and RV space gets its own utility pole, and covered RV parking is going up alongside the container rows.
Drone flyover of the site — container units, the RV yard and the covered parking going up.
Inside a unit
A place to live, not just a place to sleep.
Kitchenette, full bathroom, furnished bedroom and mini-split heat and air — framed out and fitted by our own crews, from the container shell in.

The site
Graded, wired, plumbed and metered.
